Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare analytical reports with graph based on given data.
• Maintain a filing system and file all relevant documents.
• Assist Supervisor in internal and external communications including preparation of memo, office notes etc.
• Track, coordinate and follow up with the Maintenance & Logistic Department to ensure effective support for the Outlets.
• Monitor and Coordinate CRM activities in conjunction with CRM unit of Marketing Dept.
• Ensure adequate supplies and manage distribution of office stationeries.
• Execute upon any other tasks delegated by Supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

• BBA/MBA/Masters from any recognized University in Bangladesh or abroad
• Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidate in the related field
• English medium background preferred

Additional Job Requirements:

• 1-2 yrs working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
• Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and service-oriented approach
• Rigorous work ethic; capacity to both execute well on delegated tasks and work independently
• Ability to work in a team environment
