No. of Vacancies :  1 Job Description / Responsibility Control and monitor the execution of all works carried out by the Fabrication and installation Contractors for projects under the Major Projects Portfolio such as Bubut/Danau, Champion Waterflood, Pipeline Replacement Projects etc.  Ensure that the contractor carry out the work to contractual specifications and quality requirements.  Ensure that contractor carry out work to marine requirements.  Ensure all activities comply to HSE requirements and standards  To participate through the various project matrix teams, in the planning and development of BSP’s requirements for oil and gas facilities.  Participation in verifying the Contractor’s Milestone/ Lump Sum payment Preliminary Cost Measure (PCM) and the Actual Cost Measure (ACM). Also to ensure the correctness of the contractor’s time sheets and Daily progress report.  To implement the requirements of BSP-12 and BSP-72 standards doc and to assume the responsibilities for the applicable tasks describe in that documentation.  Ensuring relevant parties duly sign the relevant construction handover and completion certificates and verifying the correctness of the As-Built drawing packages submitted by contractors.  Be a project matrix team member in tender package Scope of Work, HSE and Specifications formation, execution of Tender Technical Evaluation and final analysis on Tender technical selection and technical ranking. Review and commenting Basis For Design, PEP, all engineering design/ work method/ procedure, commissioning packages. Review and support for approval on HIP/ JHA and Milestone Zero Documentation before initial Contractor work site mobilisation.  Be an audit team member to verify overseas pre-fabrication/ fabrication work and provide combined audit analysis and feedback to BSP project manager.  Conduct contractual Contractor Performance Review (CPR) in regular interval with BSP audit team.  Execute the activities under his control to safeguard integrity of production facilities in his work area. Develop an integrity culture amongst working staff. Raise variations/non-conformances to procedures and standards.  Take ownership of the coaching and observe performance management of any staff/trainees who may be assigned to the position  Act as Responsible Person Electrical for the Marine Construction Yard at Kuala Beliat, controlling all electrical work and equipment that is or intended to become ‘live’.  Attain or retain ‘Authorised Electrical Person’ under BSP’s electrical safety rules. Educational Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas operations, engineering or maintenance of electrical power systems and equipment. Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas facilities design, construction or project engineering. Minimum 3 years commissioning experience. Experience Requirements 8 to 10 year(s) Additional Job Requirements Has proven interpersonal skills associated with managing an (onshore/offshore) construction work force. Some operation experience offshore. Knowledge on fabrication standards, procedures, scaffolding, QA/QC and marine operations.
