Project Coordinator-Engineering & Construction Management | |
|

| | Responsibility:
Coordination between Management and Project sites
Coordination with design Consultants for effective implementation of projects
Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site
Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
Overseeing Supply Chain Management
Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system)
Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
Coordinating with CC and CT team for smooth implementation for projects
Design and implementation of Training programs for technical and non-technical staff
Overseeing structural design and revisions in structural design
Overseeing QC system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA
Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects
Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Design, Construction & Engineering team
Ensure quality works and quality product & Authentication/Certification of bills
Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
Report project status and progress report &Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

| | Academic Qualification:
B.Sc, major in Civil Engineering
Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD would be beneficial
| |

| | Experience:
10 to 15 year(s) | |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| | Job Requirments:
Should be Hardworking and Self motivated
Should have excellent Team Building capability
Should have experience of managing and motivating large teams
