Programme Manager | PB (Parsons Brinckerhoff)
Due to our current business needs on a manjor infrastructure project in Doha we are looking to recruit an experienced IT Programme Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the business analysis, project management and software development staff within the programme team. Must be able to lead on major high risk and complex projects or programmes, and accountable for the planning, structuring and execution of such projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
Must be able to monitor the programmes overall progress and resolve any issues and instigate corrective actions as appropriate
Manage and develop staff within the programme team
Take responsibility for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme.
Manage dependancies and interfaces between projects.
Clear and concise communication to relevant stakeholders.
Experience/Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years in senior programme / management environmentusing leading methodologies
Experience of managing multiple parties including senior project managers and 3rd party vendors on high profile and innovative enterprise solutions
Prince 2 or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Project.
Ability to manage project stakeholder interfaces at all levels and be able to create a sense of teamwork by pulling together the different members of the project team.
