SAP Change Manager (OCM) | NSI

Our client is hiring for an experienced SAP Organizational Change Manager with extensive successful SAP Human Resource/Payroll implementation experience in the government/public sector, coupled with extensive change management experience is highly desired.
It is desired that the OCM Consulting Team have a minimum of 5 years of successful SAP Human Resource/Payroll organizational change management experience.
The SAP Strategic OCM Manager and the Strategic Communications Expert should have the following qualities;
• excellent writing skills, excellent verbal communication skills, excellent presentation writing skills,
• excellent public speaking skills, creativity, ability to provide examples of past work products from successful projects, communicate in a clear and concise manner;
• have knowledge about the SAP system, knowledge and experience deploying a system across various and different State agencies and departments, must be credible, and have a proven track record of applying change management to government/public technology projects of this size and nature.
Must have a total of 20 years of experience; minimum of five (5) years full time equivalent experience providing organizational change management services for large scale public sector(federal, state, county, city or municipality)
Candidates with Big 4 Consulting Experience Preferred
