• Initiate, plan, execute and control migration projects, working with technical, subject matter and other experts from respective teams to complete the project on time and within budget
• Develop, implement and maintain an Integrated transition team approach to the coordination, management and reporting of projects through the right transition methodology
• Identify and validate tasks, timelines and resources. Bring together necessary tools, information and resources to eliminate barriers to project success
• Develop project communication tools / governance. Manage MIS and other dashboards, reporting to stakeholders, providing real time project status and analysis
• Identify and address issues and opportunities to improve project/process performance
• Effectively manage relationships with senior management across the Firm, to ensure that project delivery is in line with expectations

Experience in leading offshore assignments with demonstrated ability and experience to lead large scale process transition / migration across geographies with direct involvement in significant rebadging exercise -
• Strong transition / migration / project management experience
• Must have spearheaded rebadging efforts with direct involvement in managing finer details and execution
• Experience in complex International processes with focus on high value / judgement/ task based processes
• Extensive stakeholder management experience ( Internal / External)
