Key Responsibility areas:Financial accounting & Treasury/Cash Management
• Working Capital Management
• Cash flow & cost management
• Due Diligence
• Fund Raising
• Preparation of various MIS reports & submissions of the same to the management
• Supervision of the day to day accounts of the company
• Handling the audit of the financials and assisting the auditors in completion of the audit by fulfilling the various audit requirements
• Strategic planning for optimum deployment of funds
• Debtors Control
• Supervision of the staff in the regular day-to-day accounting functions
Legal Issues
• Preparation of agreements & scrutiny of sub-contractor agreements
• Liaising with lawyers for various cases
• Preparation of legal letters & notices Experience required
• At Least 3 yrs experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry ideally
• Must have experience of implementing new policies and procedures
• Experience of imposing and managing change and development
Education and Background
• University Graduate
• Qualified Accountant
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Any Nationality
