Head of Recruitment (Qatari National) | STR Global
Working for a Qatari public sector organisation we are seeking a (Qatari) Head of Recruitment for this established role.You will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of recruitment strategies within this organisation and will be managing recruitment activities for all levels of professional and support staff.
The Head of Recruitment will ensure the department:
Works with hiring managers to develop and implement a recruitment strategy
Coaches hiring managers on employment and interviewing
Consults with department Directors
You will be managing a team of ten staff and be fully responsible for recruitment delivery for this organisation.

Hold a degree level qualification – ideally related to recruitment processes and standards obtained from a recognised institution such as CIPD
8-10 years post graduate experience
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to present to Senior Manager level
