Recruitment Manager – Doha, Qatar | Huxley Associates
Our client has the reputation of being one of the most successful contractors in Qatar. Focusing heavily on the Infrastructure market they are working on projects in excess of 10 Billion QAR involved with Roads, Highways and Infrastructure development.
With continued projects being won they have an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager reporting into the HR Director.
You will be responsible for:
Experience in recruiting within the Construction and / or Engineering Industry
Experience recruiting in the GCC (Qatar, KSA, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait)
Manpower Planning
Experienced in managing a team
Track record in Volume based Recruitment & well as for niche positions
Knowledge of setting up recruitment policies & procedures
Experience recruiting in the GCC (Qatar, KSA, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait)

In return our client are looking to pay up to 25,000 QAR per month plus flight tickets, medical and bonus.
