Senior Pre-sales Engineer | Networkers International
• Plan & Coordinate implementation tasks and interface with the project managers.
• Generates network configurations from Low Level Design for highly complex networks. Plans and executes highly complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration projects.
• Ensure conformity to the organizational process & procedures. Generates standard project documentation including detailed test plan for highly complex networks.
• Monitor fulfillment progress & ensure conformity to customer deadlines for project completion. Maintain customer network inventory and other network information databases.
• Perform second level support functions for network problems in accordance with the Incident/Problem management process. Provide on-call support functions. Escalate problems to vendors as required. Perform network configuration changes in response to client requests.
• Implement project management skills as required.
• Review network requirements and engineering concerns associated with customer requests such as, equipment configuration and operational impact.
• Generates standard project fulfillment documentation and maintain the Configuration management system.
• Develop reports as required.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCSP/ CCIE //JNCNP/JNCIE ae a must
• Advanced IP network implementation skills.
• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent skills developed through industry experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
